Baby MIND moved to East Hall at CERN

Construction of a 75-tonne magnetized neutrino detector Baby-MIND has been finished at CERN and it was moved to the T9 test beam area on 14 June 2017.

After characterization it will be shipped to Japan thus Summer to be a part of the T2K neutrino program.

Active elements of Baby-MIND - scintillator detectors - were developed and manufactured at INR. The Baby-MIND collaboration includes CERN and 11 institutions from 8 countries.
